Upgrade of 4-point EVOLUTION kits from 85 to 200 kg wheelchair rating

Due to increasing requirements in tenders for public transportation and others, prescribing that 4-point Wheelchair Tiedown and Occupant restraint Systems (WTORS) must be rated at the actual weight of the wheelchairs transported, we have decided to upgrade all our 85kg EVOLUTION surface mounted 4-point kits, except for transverse fitting rails. This way, those 85kg WTORS kits are compatible with our HEAVY DUTY WTORS rated at 170 and 200 kg + user.

Therefore, customers who will have one those 85 kg WTORS installed in the vehicle and wish to upgrade them with our HEAVY DUTY WTORS, which are rated for wheelchair masses of respectively 170 or 200 kg plus user, do not have to go back to the workshop to have the stronger 6-stud HEAVY DUTY floor pockets fitted in the rear, saving time and extra work.
